Refund policy

*Due to the nature of each item is made to order I do not offer refunds or exchanges unless there is a flaw in it. If I make an unfortunate mistake, I will remake immediately and shipped it out the next business day in the same format as ordered. I do require that I am notified the day it was delivered and provide of picture please.

*There are no cancelation unless requested within 12 hours, due to some items require ordering, once it has been ordered or made no cancelation will be allowed.
